Excuses...

Had all my delivery details on file. Delivery was scheduled to a business address in a shopping centre, open the entire day with multiple reception staff - all aware of the pending delivery. No delivery done - when I called to follow-up they tried to convince my that there was no one at the address when they arrived to deliver around 10:00. Seriously?
