Excellent Feedback and Service

On the 8th of May I received service that I was unhappy with. I contacted the call centre and spoke with Gerhard who was patient, friendly and most important, he listened. He provided a solution and one which we were happy to comply with. Our delivery was arranged and the item received. I received communication all through the delivery process. I am impressed with contacting the call centre and being able to speak to the Branch Manager. Overall I received excellent service! Please continue to maintain your high standard.
