I have now got a number of SMS from CCD Couriers telling me they have been trying to contact me about a delivery/collection. 1 relating to Rain, the other to FNB

The reality is they have made no attempt to phone me.

When I call them they tell me they can deliver my credit card in between 3 to 5 days. Now it is the time of the year where I am between geographic locations at work, and will be on leave in a few days time. So that time line will not work.

Why cant they give me a day and I will be there then. I will not sit around at home waiting for some inefficient courier company to maybe make a delivery.

If DHL can give me a delivery day from something from Iceland, why cant you give me a day in SA???
