Easily the least professional couriers.

I got a call that from CCD that my credit card will be delivered between 8h-16h during the day in the next few business days. I tell them that's fine and give them my work address and very clearly tell the person on the other end of the line that I will not be there after 16h.

Naturally during the day I get a message telling me that there will be delays, so I assume a day or so. Instead I get a message at 19:18 that my delivery will be there in 18 mins. I try to call them to tell them I can't make it only for a machine to answer telling me their business hours end at 17h. Their tracking link is also broken and there's no number to call to reach the driver him/herself.

FNB should not use these couriers.
