Drivers with bad attitude

The driver was rude to my receptionist upon arrival, when the receptionist told the driver then I have quickly went out and that he must give me 5 mins IL be back, the driver refused to wait and when my receptionist called me I was literally on my way back to the office, I was 2 mins away and driver decided he wont wait and he left. this company has rude drivers, when I called the company back they telling me about rescheduling and the driver is already far but driver had just left when I arrived.
