Drivers can give CCD a bad name with bad service delivery

I was supposed to get my parcel delivered but the courier guy delivering didn't do that. When I called the number I have received on the msg they said the guy is mins away. When I phoned after few minutes to ask where he is at suddenly he changes his story that he was already here. A tip to CCD don't just trust all the employees to do their jobs they can give you a bad name like this one. He gets paid to do his job and do it well but clearly he is not! I have the phone valls as proof that I did call 2 x times.
