Driver rudeness

I had a delivery scheduled for today. The driver did not want to come in the premises. Said I must come to the parking lot. Told him to give me 5min I will be there. I go out and his gone. I don't work or stay in the parking lot, for him to refuse to come into the premises. He could not even wait for mere 5min. When called he didn't answer the phone. The rudeness of your drivers is not necessary honestly. As much as he is at work am also at work. He needs to understand that 1st of. He could have saved a lot of time by him coming in the premises and handing in the package.
