Driver refuses to deliver my credit card

I've just had a delivery guy from CCD courier who came to my work place under pretense to deliver my bank card, but refused to deliver it to me, after I had shown him all copies and originals ID, South African passport and proof of residence. I got to the extend of showing him my passport in order to proof the authenticity of my identity yet the guy requested me to show him a work permit, I told him that work permits are only given to foreign nationals \with valid foreign passport, in order to be eligible to work in South Africa\" which is not the case for me. We called the call centre but the guy grab the phone from me, pushed me and walked away, I tried to follow him but he almost bumped me and insulted me in Sepedi I called the call centre I was asked to email them all my identity which I did immediately, they unfortunately put me on hold until the line went off, I called again to request that the card should be delivered at my branch but the lady strictly said that they do not do branch delivery but she can put me through to a supervisor but I was put on hold for more than 30 minutes, I'm compeled to spend another weekend without my bank card because of some unprofessional staff"
