Don't try, ****ty service

These guys are useless, I spent the whole day just trying to get my router, saw a missed call, was in a meeting, called back noone knows what m talking about after I verified myself, an hour later they call, their network not mine was bad coz I call they hear me, wen they call, can't hear them, did this three times, funny part u call - u get a new confused agent yerrrr. Finally got an agent better, we communicate, told her it's either u deliver at the office or at home, home before 9 or office after 9,.. her response: and I quote her words "we deliver at your house between 8 and 10 and not sure what time make sure u there" haibo we close whole businesses to wait for a router?...

Guys, stay away useless these ones, someone should create - stars, they deserve not no star these ones @rain network this is is definitely one of the reasons u loosing clients - ****ty service... A courier company that can't deliver on weekends? Nonsense
