Do not use this courier company

Worst service ever! I am waiting for my Bank Card to be delivered; after 2 calls explaining that they have vehicle breakdown to postpone delivery they deliver some one else's card (keep in mind the security measures of only delivery upon ID representing etc.) Now I am sitting with another person's bank card and the call centre is dropping my calls after I am put on hold for long periods and eventually got to talk with a little more friendly person who will apparently come back to me. Please Banking companies... do not use this company!
