Dismal delivery service

Absolutely pathetic service delivery. Im currently in ladysmith and have been waiting for a delivery from afrihost. When the driver comes he wants to see my id copy and por copy ,i show him he says my id copy is faded he cant see . So he gets the email for the office i sent in a picture of my id and the certified copy pic. When he calls in they say they didnt recieve it and we must reschedule delivery for next week and left . Now what an inconvenience to me to go into town "whilst there is a strike here" to make new copies just for him/office . What i dont undersand is that my id number and everything is clear on the copy . Now due to this 'bad service ' i want to cancel my afrihost package . I am not interested in it anymore as i am highly frustrated .
