Disgusting treatment

On Monday I received an SMS confirmation that CCD got my order and it'll be delivered 48 hours, however on Wednesday instead of delivering CCD agent named Puleng called me and advised that they will deliver the following day, then on Thursday instead of receiving my parcel I received a call from Keketso who advised that they been a delay now they can only deliver (on Friday) today however instead of receiving my parcel today I received a call from CCD agent named Kamogelo who advised that they will deliver next week... this is an insult... Did contact CCD couriers however its management refused to take my call so it's apparent that they only interested in making money... they are a ****
