Disgusting Service Makes Me SICK

From day one the service and lack of interest has been terrible. Call center Agent did not input the correct address. I had to rectified the issue.

Then today , the courier guy arrives at my place of employment and speaks with such arrogance infront of my ***orkers. Proceeded to threaten me with taking back my parcel. Just because I told him I am uncomfortable with him scanning the figures on my proof of residence as all he required as the address.

Even if I were wrong, he could have told me in the correct manner.

His exact words, ''hai hai, don't do that, don't do that, if you do that I will take back the parcel. You gave me your ID with your ID number on it why you saying personal things''.

He did not care that my fellow ***orkers were present.

I want this employee properly dealt with , If not I will continue reporting until I receive the proper outcome!

CCD I am disgusted by your staff!!!!! GET IT RIGHT!
