Disgusting Service from CCD COURIERS

This must be the worst courier company that ever exists, I ordered a product from RAIN on the 21st September, phone calls, SMS's and emails confirming delivery on Saturday 30th between 11am and 1pm, no delivery, no calls no nothing from CCD COURIERS. A new appointment was made for today (THEIR EARLIEST) between 8am and 10am also confirmed via calls, SMS's and emails, only to get a call around 9:45 to say the driver is running late, will I be available between 11am and 12pm, eventually at 13:32 he arrives but won't accept my Proof of address because it's a month older than what is required but that's the one one I had. Out of sheer frustration I told the driver to go, I'm no longer interested. He can see the address, he's at the address, he had my ID but it's not good enough. Absolutely disgusting service, CCD COURIERS, STAY AWAY FROM THEM
