DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM A TRUSTED COURIER
A CCD Courier driver picked up a parcel on behalf of RAIN from my office. The Driver took the RAIN Router and cable and put it into one courier bag, Then asked for my cell phone charger and placed this in a seperate bag. I called the Durban office soon after was told they will investigate. NO FEEDBACK>
I called the manager and spoke to Rakesh. The driver said that he had sent the parcel to Johannesburg. I called Johannesburg and spoke to Njabulo. Who promised to provide feedback. I called now and asked to speak to a manager and held the phone for 12minutes.
CCD Couriers are a TRUSTED delivery service who deliver for big clients such as FNB and RAIN. Is this how you treat the recipients of your service when there is a query.
Please can someone call me regarding this urgently. I just want what belongs to me to be returned. The driver had no right to ask for the charger. My assistant gave it to him unknowingly. but he should have known what he was collecting. To consider that CCD delivers peoples bank cards.

They are now saying that the query is with rain. There has been no feedback and each time i call i am transferred from person to person.
CCD collected my parcel and so they should be responsible. I cant understand how banks are trusting them to deliver cards. Looking at their reviews on hello peter a number of customers are unsatisfied with their service.
