Disgusting service

A courier company could not possibly do a worse job than this company, my order is now 5 hours late and I’ve been calling them since I the time my order was supposed to arrive, every time I’m told “we’ll escalate it”, what is there so much to escalate, all I wanted to know was where is the driver and when will my package arrive, on top of that I put a certain address because I was going to be at that specific place at the specific time that I booked. Now I can’t even leave because I’m waiting for a driver that could possibly not even arrive today
