Disgusting service

I don't understand what level of incompetence I have to deal with at this company. I laid a complaint last week because they called me to advise my package which are already with them will be delivered after 2 weeks. They then compromised and I was promised the package today but of course today this very morning I receive a call apologising because I will not be receiving my phone. I am honestly disgusted with this service, utterly disgusted!!!!
