disgusting service

the service from CCD courier company is extremely poor and distasteful!!!!!!!!! i still don't understand why Rain is using this courier company. they will make arrangements with you all day all week until it's time to deliver what's due to you!!!!!!!!! YESTERDAY the didn't have a backlog when they came for collection today, I'm expecting a parcel, and I'm told to wait for January for a date further!!!!!!!!! I want my router today. same people sent me an SMS @7:17 am this morning telling me they will deliver today now in the last hour I get a call about their delay and that I'm supposed to wait till the 7th!!!!!!!!! this is a ****A SHOP Not a COURIER COMPANY
