Disgusting service

I am highly dissapointed with the service that was provided. Received an sms from CCD Couriers saying that i should avail myself from 8am till 12pm Friday the 7thJuly 2023.I did exactly that as i was waiting for a parcel from rain. In the early hours of the 7th July 2023, i received a call from the courier saying that they can not deliver at my location reason being that it was unsafe for him. This caught me off guard as during the week I was contacted by a lady from CCD couriers confirming my address and nothing was said about how my location is unsafe. I then proceeded to make endless phone calls to the number provided ( ***) and still i was not helped. From them logging calls and not getting back to me. To them even hanging my calls. This is very disappointing and should be dealt with. As i type this, i am still without my parcel. I spent my entire day doing nothing but going back and forth with you guys. Mind you today “Friday the 7th July 2023” is a working day in this country and i spent half my day not being productive. I am highly disappointed and disgusted by their service. Very poor.
