Disgusting service!!!!!

This is just the most absolute horrifying service I've ever experienced. I have been doing the follow up, running around making sure I am standing at boom gates of my office park waiting for the delivery guys to deliver my bank card. I've lost so much money by having to cash send myself as the *********** "service providers" say they're on their way and never pitch! It's been 2 weeks that I'm waiting for my ****** card to be dropped off. I've requested to speak with management and not even the ones with the jobs can assist. @FNB if I was you, you'll cancel the services with these guys. It's flippen disgraceful and disgusting service!!! I want every sent back and I promise you you don't want me to take this further.
