Disgusting service
Yet again CCD couriers manage to f%^& up my day. On their request to deliver my Yoko Cared Reader between 12-2 today so i schedule my day to be in the office (loosing 3 hours road time) only to be called to say the delivery will be done btween 3 - 6 today, not even checking if i am available. Their excuse ... they tried calling me ... ONCE .... at 1pm to change my delivery time, whether it suited me or NOT!!!! When will these banking institutions stop using CCD couriers, they are unreliable, arrogant and down right rude!!!

this is ongoing problem with CCD and yet they still have the bank contracts .... wonder who knows who?????
