Disgusting

This company is *********** and should be closed down. I have been waiting for a package since Wednesday and all they do is come up with all kinds of excuses. Currently they have the wrong delivery address. I find it appalling how a company can be so disorganised and not able to do something as simple as capture an address and deliver correctly, This company is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. They cannot even compensate you for their wrong doing. One has to constantly call as they cant even give you feedback. I don't understand why rain South Africa still uses them to deliver their packages. This is utter nonsense.
