Disgusting attitude

The customer service is pathetic. The delivery guys have no etiquette whatsoever. The delivery guy was rude and impatient. The driver delivered something to our offices and interrupted me while I was on a very important call, despite being told to have a seat in the reception area. He disgustingly with an entitled attitude then walked through the office, barged into my office, and interrupted me saying he cannot wait for me to get done on the call. This is not the type of image you want to portray for your business, do better, it's pathetic.
