Disgusting and ****ty service

My order was not delivered on the date confirmed by them. When I call them a day later they told they couldn't deliver because their broke down. They didn't even to call me and tell me that there's going to be a delay on my order. Every time I call them, they keep saying they'll escalate. I don't know why Rain keeps using ****ty courier company, I mean for a company as big as Rain they can find a better courier company.
