Disappointing Service

I have been waiting for my delivery for 2 weeks now my Rain router is not working I called so many times and have been escalating the matter without getting anywhere. the delivery was scheduled for the 9th October they called and told me there won't be any drivers available for that day then will have to reschedule, now my delivery is still pending.. I have been calling them and they told me they trying to track my parcel and they'll get back to me.. whenever I call ill have a different agent telling me they'll escalate it. I am paying for something I'm not using. when I call Rain as soon as they identify my number no agent pics up my call I have sent countless emails I'm even tired at this point I'm thinking of cancelling everything if I don't have my delivery by the end of Today. I called also today they told me I need to sign for the delivery but the last time they told me I can have someone collecting on my behalf as long as they have the relevant documents needed.
