Disappointing Experience with CCD Couriers - Poor Communication And Unreliable service.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from CCD Couriers. Despite multiple promises, they failed to deliver my parcel on time. The communication was inconsistent, and I received conflicting information from their team.

I was told my parcel would be delivered by 12 pm on Friday, but it never arrived. When I followed up, they claimed they couldn't contact me, which was untrue. I've made numerous attempts to resolve this issue, but CCD Couriers has failed to take responsibility or provide a satisfactory solution.

As a customer, I expect reliable service, honest communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, CCD Couriers has fallen short in all these areas. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their service.
