Disappointed

Waited for my delivery after 5 days of waiting, and driving to the office to make sure I sign up for my order, I'm told the delivery guy reported that I missed my appointment, no call , SMS or email sent notifying me that the delivery has arrived. REF 244717. Spend money to buy airtime and call the call center to be told I will be called back. Disappointed in your service.
