Delivery sucks

<p>This is the second time that i have had a delivery from them for my FNB card and both times it was a headache.</p> <p>The delivery was set for friday, thursday i phoned to change the delivery address from my home address to work address and it was confirmed that it will be delivered to the new address. Friday i even got a call to confirm the delivery address (which was work one) which was meant to be late morning. Then friday afternoon i get a call from home to say they are there to deliver my card. When i phoned the call centre to enquire they said unfortunatley they could not update the address in time as it was already printed for the driver. Why was i not told this on thursday when i called? They then change the time for monday between 11-12 at my work address, 9.30am i get a call to say the courier is here to deliver. i was not there yet and had to race threw to work. The driver said they dont get given times? whats the point then.</p> <p>They really need to manage their processes more effectively. such poor service.</p>
