I received an sms stating that my card will not be delivered due to me unavailable. I called to confirm what is happening, and I was told that I was called by the delivery guy, and could not get hold of me.

My phone never rang, and I did not receive any voicemail sms from Vodacom indicating that I had missed a call. There’s a similar review about the same issue on Google, which may indicate that this is a habit of theirs.

The first call was at 13:38, I was told that I would receive a call regarding the issue, and check how far the driver was. I called again at 14:52, and they still haven’t resolved it.

It is 16:59, and I still have not heard from them. This is so appalling, given the reviews on both Hellopeter and Google.
