Delivery of cards

<p>I am so disgusted by the incompetency of the service I have recieved not only once but all the time my card had to be deliveredone to me. They say it takes 2 to 4 working days to deliver I been waiting for two weeks with no card. The people call me make an appointment confirm the address, almost everyday and no sight of my card. I stay in Midrand which is central to many places. I been stuck without a bank card for all this time. I am frustrated and don't know what to do. They can't give me a number to complain or their manager. I wonder how is a big company like FNB use such *********** courier service. I am taking my business else where, from bonds to Incestents I can't deal unprofessionalism.</p>
