Delivery of bankcard.

This courier company is suppose to deliver my FNB credit card. I keep calling their number ***, and the staff just keeps saying hello, hello, like no one can hear me.

I am beyond frustrated. Now I was informed they attempted delivery, but they did not even go to the right address.

Horrible service. How am I suppose to arrange delivery and no one can take my call? And FNB is no help.

This has ben going on for a week now. And no bank card.
