Delivery man swore at me

<p>FNB arranged that ccd couriers delivers my bank card. CCD confirmed the delivery but did not specify the exact time. On arrival the ccd delivery man called. Due to the nature of the business i work under (Eskom power generation), i delayed by 5 minutes after his call. When i got to him he s****ed swearing at me telling me to ****-off as i made him wait. He had already scanned the card for activation so anything that could happen my account, please note that CCD will have to answer as he did not even give me the card. Everything is recorded on my company's premises cctv. I am very much offended by ccd actions. I will escalate this matter to fnb as well that i did not receive the new card. The service from ccd is really bad</p>
