Delivery late and still no ETA

My delivery was supposed to be between 9 and 11. I phoned, at 10h40 and had to hold on for 17 minutes, after which I cut the call. Then phoned twice. Once at 11h09 and another at 14h20. Each time I was told they cannot get hold of the driver and will escalate. To me it looks like delivery will not even take place today. Simply not good enough !!!!
