Delivery is pathetic

I have been waiting for my fnb business card Delivery for almost two weeks and nobody can assist me. When I call the customer service they tell me that my card Is out for delivery. They don't even respond to my emails. Their service is absolutely pathetic. They couldn't even give me a reference number
