Delivery inconvenience and lack of communication.

I ordered a rain sim card on the 24th of October 2023 and to this dAy 09 November 2023 it hasn't been delivered and I was told that it takes 3-5 working days for me to receive my parcel as if that wasn't enough the drivers are so rude I spoke to Livhuwani Lebo the CCD courier driver and he was the worst and now my delivery has to be postponed once again. I don't even know when it'll be delivered
