Delivery guy unprofessional

I unfortunately had the wrong document to receive my parcel( however communication received did not mention original or certified copy).

I rectified the error and made an arrangement with the driver to meet me at the Zama Garage as i was at fault, when arriving at the garage the driver was not there. I took the time to call him to arrange this, he is very unpleasant in his way of working with clients. Told now i will wait for next week for my parcel to be delivered.

Now we all know most times reviews like this don't get attended too as it makes no difference to companies whether they get good or bad reviews. Just a thought u are paid for a service.
