Delivery from ccd

I waited for my rain rain router today. CCD couriers made ann arrangement yesterday for 12-2pm today I didn't get any communication from them until I called. They said their driver will call me but nada. I'm so so passed because im waiting for a replacement router. I now have to buy data again because of they unprofessional till now now no call no sms no nothing I'm working form home I had to be at the office today for bull****.i can't work.
