delivery discovery card
<p>discovery advised CCD Couriers would deliver replacement credit card.</p> <p>CCD advised delivery to take place between 8-12 thursday 22Feb17. At 12 they phoned as running late and advised delivery to be before 3pm. We waited in whole day but nothing further heard.</p> <p>Telephoned Discovery Frday 9am and Selaelo promised to attend. Nothing further heard until we phoned Discovery in afternoon and complained. They then got CCd to telephone us and they advised delivery could only be done on Monday.</p> <p>We are going away on Saturday25Feb.and need card before that. CCd promised to take matter up with superviser bu t nothing further heard at close of business today Thursday 23Feb.</p> <p>Why do discovery/fnb use people like that there are plenty of other couriers?</p>

Confirming that an appointment is now scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (24-02-2017) between the hours of 13:00 and 14:00.
Required documents for FICA and verification purposes (clear copies of both documents need to be handed over to the courier):
• Your valid green bar-coded ID/smart ID card
• A proof or residence that is in your name, has your physical address on it and not older than three months.
The proof of residence should not be a once off invoice/letter or any document from FNB or Discovery.
