Terrible service I have on my phone since 11 am today trying to get information on a package. The hold times are like 10 minutes I gave spent more than 50 on airtime and still no contact I asked the reception to call me back and still nothing. My number is ***.
I have informed the company that you delivering for that the cancellation is based on the poor service I am receiving from CCD couriers.
Please call me ASAP to resolve the issue if not I will continue with further action of negligence
