Delivery address was not changed. No surprise! I knew it would happen!
Just phoned in CCD couriers to double check my delivery address. I phoned ConvergEX yesterday morning (2 September 2020) to have the address changed. I was advised that it was changed. Now upon phoning CCD Couriers, I was advised that it was NOT changed!!
So, Once again, my delivery is delayed... Once again... CCD Courier's collected my Package from Afrihost last week Friday, the 28th of August already.
Why, oh WHY, is South Africa so bad with customer service? I cannot even remember when was the last time I experienced good customer service.
