Delighted

WOW, what super service I've just received from CCD Couriers. Although the delivery was supposed to take place between 8am and 10am this morning, I called to just check how it was progressing. Martina took my call and said she would call the driver and then call me back. Less than 5 minutes later she said that Laura would call me back with an update. Laura called me immediately afterwards and said the driver is on his way and would be there in 3 minutes. Yes the delivery happened just after 10am, but the team, including the driver, were all so friendly. What a pleasure to bank with FNB who obviously use an incredibly competent courier service. Well done.
