Delayed order with no communication

I have been waiting for my order from this company, when you call them their agents 'can't hear you'.. I am so frustrated I need that order as in like yesterday instead of delivering they lie and send you emails that they couldn't reach you and you must schedule another appointment. This is not the way to conduct business or to treat your clients
