Delayed delivery, Rude driver
I'm still waiting for my Bank Card which was supposed to be delivered this morning. I understood when you said there are delays and asked that your driver calls me before he goes to my place so we can see if he can get to me 10 minutes away at the office.
Now I get an SMS that he's at my gate. Even though I called you guys twice to reiterate this. When I eventually speak to him on the phone, he is rude and says he is at the gate and won't come to me. Please take that card back to your client and tell them you didn't want to deliver it to me. I will also appraise them of the situation.

I work for a living and cannot wait the whole day in the house for your delayed deliveries. This is really unprofessional and will let Investec know of this
