DELAYED DELIVERY

Guys *** is going at your couriers? I spoke to an agent yesterday 8th morning and we agreed that since i dont have my ID book at work the parcel will be delivered today the 9th Feb... I even got email confirmation of delivery today the 9th feb reminding me to have the ID & proof of address. Then today, an email at 4am who the **** sent the email at 4am saying delivery is the 10th feb? at 4am ? ***?

Now i called again today the 9th in the morning an agent named bridgette tried to protect the company and escalated the query...I DONT WANT ESCALATION I WANT DELIVERY SIMPLE TODAY!!! DAMNT PARCEL DETAILS CCD Couriers - rain348273
