Customer Relations Manger refuses me Speak to CEO

Having a problem with CCD Couriers Office in PE newton Park , Pickering Square , I call their Head Office and the having been cut off 3 times once the receptionist answers and transfers my call. I was put through to the client liason manager / customer relations manager KAYLIE SMIT. I have spoken to her at 11h00 am this morning. Still waiting for CEO to call me.<br> <br> I have asked to speak to CEO and get put through to PE Manager Ronald. <br> <br> They are passing the Buck and don't want me to speak to their CEO. <br> <br> Accountability and shielding me away from management , they are good at.
