Cusomer Service Response to Chat and email address is shockingly slow
Your response to chat to us and your customer service email address is poor to say the least - you should have someone manning these 2 points of contact for fast and efficient response to clients.

Pity I cannot review my rating - Hloniphile deserves 5 stars
