Credit where its due

I had the most amazing call from Joe at the CCD Couriers call centre yesterday to schedule my card delivery. He was clear, polite, well-rehe****d, with a sense of humour. I only get two cards delivered a year, both by CCD, and they have been consistently above par in my dealings with them, year after year. Excellent job, Joe 😊
