Credit card not delivered

CCD couriers is the most useless courier company I have ever experienced, they NEVER deliver on the day it was promised, then they blame the client being unavailable, when nobody called and nobody was at my gate to deliver the parcel, then the banks still use them to deliver an important document like a credit card !!! Bad reflection on the bank and bad reflection on CCD !!!
