Couriers that don't deliver

Can we not have anything less than 1 start?? I have never heard of such terrible service from your couriers... The guy (Livhuwani Mpanza) was meant to deliver my bank card today. Apparently he was at some local clinic around here and there was no network, therefore he could find my address!!! What kind of excuse is this?? I'm extremely appalled at this!!! Is this the complacency to expect when dealing with you? Upon calling him, he says he's knocked off. I have to say, you have *********** staff and are not customer centric. It's even a shame that you're associated with a bank that upholds different values. Such people are not to be client facing but do something in the office so they can achieve their bare minimum. I need immediate resolution on this matter
