**** courier services

I waited 3 weeks for my card. They kept saying delivery has been delayed and I've had to reschedule about 4 times. This is unacceptable. They sent an sms today saying the driver is 6 minutes away and 3 hours later, nothing. From the reviews I'm seeing, FNB needs to get a grip and find a different courier company
